"Sent Mail" still does NOT sort alphabetically even though the option is now present. It wasn't present before.
"Sent Mail" still does NOT sort alphabetically even though the option is now present as "Sender Name (A-Z)". It wasn't present before in the "Sent" folder but I see from yesterday to today, Feb. 20, 2025, AOL changed the "Sort" drop-down menu. I spoke to an AOL rep and we tried various things from "Settings" but nothing worked.

email from a sender in my address book is blocked
email from a sender at @live.co.uk to a @compuserve.com email address does not arrive. There is of course, it seems, NO WAY AT ALL of dealing with this. or of notifying you.

Changing password every time I log into account
AOL has a ‘help article’ that is ‘useful’. It is not. I have turned off my VPN when logging in. Which alone is ridiculous, why can’t I use a VPN?
However I my valid password is still deemed incorrect. I have changed it multiple times. It is not user error. AOL system refuses to hold on to it. 2fv works as long as I don’t try to log in too many times. But logging in that way without a 'correct password' takes way too long, just to sign in. I am an old man. I tried using your system on clicking on how many images of say a bike, bridge etc I see in order to log on to my account.

Useless mail app not working
Fix your mail app! Since your recent app update for IOS it doesn’t open mail in the app. If you’re using an IPad, it can’t be solved by following any of the solutions provided by your useless solutions posted. If you have to delete the app, and lose data, that is not an option for a real fix. Please revert back to the previous version until you fix the problem, because it is extremely frustrating to have to try and read emails when it’s not in a format for anything but a computer, and I have to go in and…

How can multiple email addresses be copied from unsent emails?
AOL Mail previously allowed the copying of multiple email addresses from prepared emails by simply highlighting the group and copying it. The new AOL Mail does not allow this. How can this be fixed?

your phone system is not working properly. I call for a code and when I answer there's nothing but dead air. I tried 3 times.
Asked for a phone call for 2-step verification. 3 times the call came through, but after answering there is nothing. No one on the phone, just dead air. Had to go with a text instead.

Blocking subscription news services and retailers
Once again, AOL is blocking emails from retailers with which I regularly do business, and also from conservative news sites to which I have subscriptions. I repeatedly mark these emails as not spam, but they keep going into my spam folder. The email addresses are in my contacts list. I see that lots of people are having the same problem. Do you actually read customer feedback? Do you care about customer satisfaction? Then, why hasn't this been fixed? AOL is becoming more of a problem than the subscription is worth.

Sign In Insanity
Hi, After I type my email address, but before I can enter my password, AOL sends me a message that says a code has been sent to my email. I need the code to sign in. But I can't sign in because this message appears BEFORE I am able to enter my password, so I can't access the code. This is not two-step authentication.
This must be addressed! This is totally unworkable!

Quit automatically sending emails to trash that you don't like
I am having enormous issues with you sending email messages directly to trash before I even see them. This needs to stop. The email messages that are sent to trash are always from the same companies. I have to check my trash every time I open up AOL. I also was responding to an email and decided against writing it so I tried to delete the responding email and your program totally deleted the original email message. It never went to trash it just totally disappeared. The origiaall email is not is trash, my inbox or in my spam folder.…
