Can Not Leave News Comments.
You are owned by Yahoo. I go to the News Page on AOL run by Yahoo. For the past Three or More years I have been Blocked from leaving Any Comments . For example, if I leave a comment like, " What's Up ?"... within 2 minutes it is Blocked & taken down. The ONLY time I have ever used Foul Language was after Years of being Blocked & knowing the moment will Not Be Posted. This was only after not getting ANY solutions from your tech people, who do try to help, but come up with no answer.

The new yellow border is horrible - lliterally hurts my eyes.
I went to look at my email, and the border was changed to yellow. I didn't change it. It's horrible and it literally hurts my eyes. I'm not even on the page anymore, and my eyes are still bothering me. The yellow border is another stupid aol idea. I tried different borders, and they're all too bright. Put the old borders back.

Do not Delete my saved Emails. I save a large portion of my emails specific to things I'm working on. Restore Emails AOL Deleted.
Do not Delete my saved Emails. I save a large portion of my emails specific to things I'm working on. Recently I was searching a mail folders and found that a large number of my saved emails were gone. Please Restore the Emails AOL Deleted. In the future if AOL is intending to delete emails, give me a warning, and give me a way to save them in bulk.

Password Change
I’m trying to change my password to access AOL mail. I (finally) found the link to do so, under Help under Privacy (I think). Why isn’t there a more direct/obvious access? More importantly, when I try to use it, it asks me to log in (even though I’m ALREADY logged in!!), but when I do log in, all I can get is a “WEB SERVER ERROR” page.
This is - or should be - a very simple, easily accessible function! In this day and age (with data breaches every other day, it seems), why can’t you make this easy, and…

Like someone said before, STOP REQUIRING PHONE VERIFICATION!
I do not remember my password to my account, nor do I have the phone number anymore that AOL is requiring for verification in order to access my account. I am given NO other option, not even an option saying "if you don't have this phone number, click here." You at least should be given that option, and then input your new phone number to get a text to. Another option would be to send something to your email address that would then let you change your password. None of that! It still goes back to phone verification with a…

Block Specific Words
I would like to block specific words and phrases from the messages I receive. I am bombarded with a topic I don't care to see over & over. How can I resolve this?

The changes to what's been OK for ages are terrible! And make use of AOL tricky and annoying.
I've used AOL for years - the email layout etc was fine - now, with changes, it's an effing nuisance. Go back! Please!

I have 1000 blocked addresses the majority are the SAME address which gets to 1000 really fast, if it is blocked why did it return ?
not rocket sci if the address is blocked on day 1 why is it back on day 2,3,4,5, it's not blocked if I have to block it again ,wasting my time

your new format
I can not see one good thing about the way you are now formatting incoming and outgoing email. I do not consider this to be an improvement. Please return to the previous format which allowed ME to set the font size. I've been a paid AOL subscriber for years now and I want what I am paying for. Ellen J Merritt

Why can I not see what was send to me over the years? I want to decide what I want to keep or delete.
Once there was a possibility you could keep al the emails (in already read) you got over the years.

Make that irrelevant right panel full of unneeded statistics optional or scalable!
right panel statistics are for administration to evaluate usage by employees. Unnecessary for individual user. Takes up almost 1/3 of the screen and cuts down visible email. Make it optional or scalable - let user pull boundary to the right

How do I return to verifying signing in after I checked the box to stay verified
Can you tell me how to undo this stay verified request. I think I would prefer the being verified rather than have it open. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.

I have no use for AOL any more.
I can no longer access my aol account when I'm not home. I will no longer be using aol. This stupid verification was a horrible idea! I have to switch emails to verify and when I switch back to add the verification number, it's no longer valid. I have no use for AOL any more especially not with my important emails.
