  1. spam/phishing emails on the increase but aol not keeping up?

    Since about two weeks ago, the spam folder has been filling up every single day with new spam/phishing material. The filter into the spam folder is working, but why is this not being taken care of even before it reaches my aol address? they should be blocked up front by aol after I have designated them as spam and allowoed them to stay in the spam folder and then deleted them. Something is not working in aol, or I would not still be seeing new spam emails every single day. Is there there suddenly a flood of spam and phishing…

  3. Improve SPAM Blocker

    Your solution for blocking spam (senders) doesn't work. Some senders addresses are not shown when cursor is placed on the sender name or ID. Some messages after clicking “Block Senders” will disappear and return within 5 seconds. One example is the sender address of team@proudpatriots.com. This address is always in my spam and I can’t block the sender.

  4. Body of Email Forwarded to Multiple Recipients Vanishes

    Emails forwarded to multiple recipients send without the body of the original content. Attempts to resend these emails with the content intact is blocked by AOL's systems protocols that prevent emails forwarded to large number of recipients from being sent for at least an hour. This is very frustrating.

    give me back my inbox and get rid of the **** new old mail ****. I have emails that must tie together and always going to find them in the old mail is crazy. Why make something that was so easy more difficult. so many things in life are hard but this was just stupid to do to people when we did not ask for it. I want one inbox and message to stay there until I DECIDE TO GET RID OF THEM. I GUESS I WILL JUST SWITCH TO ANOTHER EMAIL SYSTEM SINCE YOU WON'T FIXIT.

  10. Cant' drag emails between folders anymore because the folder list keeps moving when you drag the cursor to the list.

    Stop the folder list from moving around.

  13. Email content disappears while in Saved mode.

    Emails being forwarded, placed in the Save folder for sending later, due to AOL time restrictions, loses much of the body content of messages and only forwards a portion of the email; typically only attachments.Text and graphics disappear.

  14. My SPAM folder is automatically cleared in a day or two. That's too soon.

    My AOL SPAM folder is automatically emptied in a day or two. It's supposed to hold spam email for 30 days. How do I increase the time SPAM email stays in the SPAM folder so I have more time to look for important emails sent to SPAM by mistake?

  15. ( 1 ) Move the dates back to the LEFT side of the screen ( like the good old days ) ( 2 ) Return to the old email format !!

    *** I second the idea of "Bringing back the old email format" People read from left to right, beginning with dates & times, etc. So, it's illogical to put dates (times) on the right hand side.

    *** It's important to allow users to adjust the positions of columns ( like the old days )

  16. Fix the iPad update for aol mail

    Since you have closed comments, putting again.
    Just had to delete and reinstall- again!

    And why oh why would I ever be using X?? Ridiculous that to respond to you that X is put as the first option. And going through the other links is a process!

  17. Add More Holiday Themes!

    Give users more choices of holiday themes. The previous version of AOL Mail allowed users to choose from several themes related to Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc. These are now gone. Why?

  20. Keyboard

    Get rid of the split keyboard. Using it takes longer for several reasons. Not only does it take longer because I have to keep moving my focus back and forth from one side side to the other, it continually blocks my view of what I’ve written, finding and correcting mistakes, finding where I left off, rearranging formats, and/or inserting omissions. My messages are not usually short ones and having to go back and forth opening and closing the keyboard is a real pain. Then, when I take down the keyboard and find the needed change, as soon as I go…
