There is no way to sort by sender, or anything else for that matter. I could do that with the prior version, but now I cannot find it!
Update to be able to sort by sender, sort by date, move email into appropriate folders, and so forth. Right now, users cannot do anything in the latest version of AOL Mail, so that is not an improvement. Very antiquated!!

I'm stuck in New Mail and it's Painfully Slow
New mail is extremely slow and basic mail is not slow. Shouldn't new mail be as good, if not better, than basic? I need to use new mail when forwarding emails that contain links, as basic mail does not allow the links to stay active. I'm now stuck in new mail. I tried to go to Settings, then More, but the option for basic mail no longer shows up. I need to get back to basic. I have tried Chrome and Firefox and still nothing.

FIX IT
CHANGE BLOCKED EMAILS TO UNLIMITED. EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU FIX IT!!! SUCH A SIMPLE REQUEST, YET AOL IS REFUSING TO DO IT TO HELP THEIR USERS.

Better screening of advertisers!
On AOL emails, I just clicked on Laurel Jacobs Ad 'Waldwick Seniors Turn to..." by mistake (at the top of my list of unread emails) and got a security virus scanning Alert that it prevented my computer from getting a virus! You sell tools to maintain the health of computers - right? Why would I ever depend on one of your products when you are the ones creating risks?

all other web sites work great on my laptop except yours. Screen keeps freezing!

Getting an Ad that keeps change but allows has a link the is prefixed with https://api.taboola.com. If I click on the ad, my Chrome window goes full screen, lots of other windows open, and it indicates that I have malware on my computer.
How can you prevent this behavior?

Did I lose access to wmconnect.com without logging in through AOL?
Where did wmconnect go? For the life of me, I cannot find an email giving a heads-up on this. Will I be able to still use wmconnect as my email extension?? EVERYONE has this as my go-to email address but now wmconnect shows up as an unsecure connection and it shows the certificate is not trusted!! Help!!

Make email review font size PC-specific, not just account-specific.
There is a setting for enabling large fonts in email message review. But, we have two people who share the same account. On one PC, the font is much too large. On the other, it is much too small. How do we make the AOL.com font different for two different PC's using same aol account? (thinking IP-specific font choice)
