Myself and my Wife have Hired a Law Team that will be Suing AOL/Verizon for 4 Million Dollars due to all our Mail and Valuable Family Pictur
We've attempted to have the Pictures and Emails returned but every Customer Service person we contact are total Idiots.... After Working high Finance in NY for many many years we've come to the belief that suing Verizon and AOL may get them on track to getting the Mail and Pictures of fox1955 account back ASAP.. We've brought the case to the Supreme Court and they have approved it since we had no idea we were going to loose personal information and then having no way to get it back... Why does AOL keep flagging my own emails as unsafe?
This is seriously ridiculous.
I send an email, and AOL then flags my own email sent by me as unsafe, with no method of me to mark it as safe.

Didn't pacify me!!!
Just adding "block sender" to my choices does not appease me unless it actually works. I gave you time to fix it. You still haven't. When I try to permanently block something, I get a pop-up telling me, "FAILED TO SAVE YOUR PREFERENCES. PLEASE TRY AGAIN." You need to increase the amount of block senders to UNLIMITED.

The undo is located in a very poor position when using a browser at the top middle. Consider moving this notice to the far right or left!
The undo a deleted message button covers open tabs. Consider moving this notice to the extreme left or right of the browser OR making this an icon somewhere in a toolbar OR providing a setting to turn this off. Thanks!

When composing mail, when I type a single-digit number in parens like this: (2) which is an essential format for my work, it always converts to the same number in a circle. There is nothing I can do to undo or fix it. In other words, I can't trick it into doing the right thing. This is a weird bug that needs to go ASAP.

Inappropriate ads- it looks like Google is closing some ads when I select that it's inappropriate. But then it just sends me more!!!!! I don't need to see half naked women in bathing suits. I AM a woman not a dude, so quit sending me this **** and when you say you listen, MEAN IT. DO SOMETHING!

I have had folders with subfolders experience a major issue. The subfolders get taken out as subfolders and appear as independent folders.
Subfolders of some folders no longer appear as subfolders. They all appear as folders, not as a subfolder of the parent folder. This leaves me with a long list of folders as opposed to just a short list of folders each of which can be opened to reveal its subfolders. What may have caused the glitch that removes subfolders from a parent folder?

Allow People to Post Comments to Articles with the Nicknames They Selected
I set up a nickname for my account so that when I post comments my true first name does not appear. Suddenly, if I post a comment to an AOL article the nickname I selected is not used. My real name appears which appears to be some sort of AOL default. This is highly annoying. I have cleaned out the cache and followed all the instructions I can find, which are minimal.

NEW PROBLEM: Can't select and copy email addresses
I’ve been using AOL email for at least 20 years. The problem described below started happening about two months ago – maybe June or May of 2026. I have a Windows PC running Windows 11 Pro version 25H2.
BACKGROUND:
I send emails to groups of people. The first step is to put a list name in the BCC field. This populates the field with the email addresses that are in that list.
