When reading an article in X (formerly Twitter), I have always forwarded the link using AOL Mail. When I selected AOL, a new email would always open with the link in the contents. Now it only works part of the time. Please fix.

Why can I only highlight what is currently visible in an email on the screen?
Why can I only highlight what is currently visible in an email on the screen? I used to be able to highlight an enire message by clicking and dragging the cursur down. Now it only will highlight or select the text that is visible. Can this be fixed?

I have been with AOL for decades, unfortunately AOL is my main email. Your company has added unnecessary security that is way over the top! And you are going to tell me its for my security, I disagree, I haven't been hacked ever, and who would want my info anyway. Please get rid of the extra security which makes me want to puke.

Re-align the Position of the left arrow in AOL News.
The left arrow that advances the articles in AOL News covers the first few letters of the first line of the pending article. This hinders the clear reading of the headlined text. A minor coding adjustment will fix and correct this problem.

How do I generate a link preview in the emails I send? Yahoo stopped allowing it and Gmail is a pain **********. This is highly imperative for my job. I've Googled this and it says you can get it in settings- writing mail and there is supposed to be a toggle for it but that toggle doesn't show up. Please help me to get ling previews.

No option for all emails or read and unread just new and old emails went would you ruin a good app
a further complaint regarding the recent changes to your email interface.
I cannot even tell which emails are new and which have already been read. This is a fundamental feature of any email service, and your recent redesign has made something that should be straightforward unnecessarily confusing.
How can customers be expected to manage their emails effectively when the interface no longer provides a clear distinction between new and previously read messages?
I urge you to address this issue immediately. These changes are not an improvement to the user experience; they have made the service significantly more difficult to use.

Latest update seems to be a problem. New mail used to open easily now it doesn't show
This latest update seems to be problematic. First, I don't like the yellow screen on opening, used to be just the Home page. Mail used to open directly to the "new Mail" listing. Now, I get the sleeping yellow dog that says nothing new here BUT, the header shows that I have new mail. Now, I have to cycle screens from old mail back to new mail once or twice to see my new mail.

Everything on AOL is too slow, if even completeable.
AOL has become a self serving entity and seems to no longer care about it's subscribers. To comunicate with someone from AOL used to be a phone call away, now it's a maze that is too confusing.
We will go somewhere else for our service in 2 months if things don't speed up.921st ranked -

Enable use of Android mail apps besides the AOL app. The 'Email' app is so much more efficient and user friendly, yet the additional "verification" steps you added prevent it from working.
