    In my experience, AOL Tech is useless. They are only good at apologizing. They listen but can't act.

  4. need a feature to delete INBOX messages either one "page" at a time or date specific....the manual deletion of each inbox email is slow.

    Joe sounds unique. I have been in contact with 5 or 6 tech support people in the last few days and they are all useless. They are extremely sorry but there's nothing they can actually do,
