Go to https://myaccount.aol.com and sign in with the ScreenName you want to cancel services on. Once you're logged in, go to My Subscriptions, and find the sub you want to cancel. Click Manage next to that subscription and then use the option to cancel. If you use 2FA, confirm the code they send you for verification. There are often retention offers that come next, but you can easily get through by saying you want to just cancel. Do that, they'll send you a confirmation email and you'll be all set. Also, be mindful that AOL mail is free, so if you cancel a paid plan, you keep your email address as it was. You'd just sign on to https://mail.aol.com/ to get your mail going forward should you want to.

Michael, https://help.aol.com/ has many options for talking to an AOL support rep. I prefer phone or chat, but they do email and social media too, so you've got lots of options.

Also, it is 2023, and sending checks in the mail isn't really a good idea anymore. You can't even be sure they get there haha. I pay via credit card - it's on auto-pay through https://myaccount.aol.com - just go into Wallet and you can manage your payments yourself. There's no reason to call them for any of that.

Lastly, we live in a global economy so it doesn't matter where the representative hails from. It matters if they're able to do the job. Be nice.

Leonard, you should be able to use prepaid cards as long as they're Visa or MasterCard. Add them to your Wallet in myaccount.aol.com as you would with any other credit card. You can also use a bank debit card.

Look up the mail server settings on Verizon Support and populate the correct info into the boxes while you set up Outlook. Or continue to be angry, your choice.

If you do want to contact AOL, here is not the place for customer support. Go to https://help.aol.com and there are options for phone support, chat and social media. I've called them, they're very helpful if you're nice to them.

It's literally the same as Chrome or Edge. You'll find it in Settings.

Sounds like a textbook example of phishing. Delete it, block it, and most of all, DON'T reply to it or click any links in it.

I really don't mean this in a disrespectful or triggering way, but Bob, the only way one person manages to accumulate a five-figure inbox count is by carelessly letting their email address end up on many many spam lists. I've had the same address since high school and I'm 36, and get zero junk because I carefully guard my email address.

All modern browsers have deprecated Flash due to its high levels of vulnerability. VUDU is the issue, not AOL.
