  5. Please stop "improving" e-mail. If you improve it anymore it will be unusable. Please allow the user to revert to original format.

    I visit this particular board everyday and I see more complaints added each day! I hate the new format, it is not an improvement over the old version. Give me my old version back! Like so many others, I have stuck with you for almost 30 years, and had a paid account to boot. It is time for you to start listening to your customers.

  9. The "Basic Mail" option is not "classic mail" and still eliminates the functionality needed by super-users. Get a grip!
