    I couldn't agree more! I personalized my emails by selecting font size, color, and style. This new format takes away that option by giving everyone a homogenized, boring font that cannot be changed. Why in the world would you do away with this basic, well-used feature? Shame on you, AOL.

  5. Help site does not help! Why not add a, "go back to old format" button so people can just click. Why make it user Unfriendly?!

    Put it back to the way it was! I hate everything about this. Visually unappealing. Not user friendly at all. Can't change font size or color. Why in the world would you get rid of what works? I have been with you for 40 years. Show the same loyalty to your customers that they have shown to you. Bring back the old system!
