SCREENS CHANGING SIZE AND TURNING BLACK:
I use Desktop Gold as my primary browser. I log onto Gold with the main AOL Gold strip at the top, and the Welcome screen to my left and then also My Favorites screen on my right. UPGRADES TO GOLD
MY MAIL, SAVED ON MY PC, WAS LOST WHEN YOU UPGRADED GOLD TODAY BUT IT HAD AN ERROR IN THE UPDATE AND WOULD NOT OPEN. Fix your video player! Every time I try to watch a video on your Aol.Video service, I get this: "Sorry, a network error caused the video download to fail. Please refresh and try again." Why? To save or not to save log in password
Once I select "do not save password" for log in, that should never change unless I do so. To keep having the "save password" box automatically checked, when switching screen names, even after selecting "NO", is aggravating and wrong on your part.

Having to click a link over and over again!

AOL Desktop Gold - Display Compatibility
AOL desktop gold is not displaying the email items and icon correctly on my computer. Whenever I hover over the email items it keeps on zooming and looks distorted. Icons are also missing when I hover over them. Tried to open this on safe mode and the distortion stopped happening but when I went back to normal mode this still keeps happening. I hope anybody can do something about this.

I am SICK of this!
I am SO SICK of having to reset my settings EVERY TIME I WANT TO PLAY GLOBESPOTTER! It never works the first or even the third time because I just don't know which white circle to click on. I know what I want to play and it's not up to AOL to make it so blastedly hard for me to do it!

AOL Starts From Scratch Each Day
Since AOL Gold installed an update on 12/15/20, AOL is so much harder to use. All the info I input in a day is gone after I turn off my computer at night.
