the new aol folders set up recently are useless to me. I don't want them. Please get rid of them.
don't need the view folders aol set up. I use my own personal folders. I keep everything in order on my personal files. Stop sending items to view folders. If I delete anything, the emails etc go away. I want the view folders deleted and the items in them to go back to my original personal folders.

I have talked to the Premium customer support and it seems that I'm left with the option to submit a feedback
I would like to have the option to customize the sound specifically for when i receive an email from a contact!
I know that the option to personalize the background of writing an email was possible a while ago on the webmail, I would appreciate that to be back and to also have it on Aol Desktop Gold! -

I do not like the layout of the "Latest News" and videos. One would think the video would be about the News but it isn't. There is no text explaining the video. I HATE the new layout!

My email used to show the number of spam emails. Now it doesn't. It helped me remember to delete them. Please return it.

news bad idea in search box
I have no interest in you adding news to the search box. Please remove it. I was on the phone for an hour with 2 support techs who tried to remove this unwanted news. It is very uncalled for to try and make some one read **** they are not interested in

AOL Desktop for the UK
Release AOL Desktop Beta to other countries such as in the UK. I am currently a Beta tester from the UK and I would like to see AOL make a come back instead of if being killed off. Also bring back AIM! Why was this killed off?

The new display of the Emojis is just terrible!. When added to a letter, they don't show up clearly or in Color as before. You are going to have a lot of complaints about this new type of display for these items. Is there any way I can recover the old system I've had so that I can continue to use these in my articles. Please respond to this complaint!!

If an article is a made up story and not truthful reporting of an event, then it should be labeled as fiction!
Any articles you publish that are fictitious should be so labeled! Your subscribers need to be able to rely on AOL.com being truthful at all times.

Tool bar icons
Why are you screwing around with the icons that reflect the subject in the upper tool bar? I'm a weatherman. You've taken away any meaningful icons . . . clouds, lightning, temperature, wind etc. Also financial icons are all but gone. The many that you offer are mostly childish

Go back to what you have been running in the past
The new opening format sucks. Where you were able to stop the rotation of featured articles know that can not be obtained. In general a third rate change.

You have a section where you can block emails and sites but you don't have one where you can put the "Good" sites you don't ever want to go to SPAM. Other browsers have that. AOL does not. Any chance we can get it?
