Fix the Spam File. I have an email sitting in there claiming it is from AOL and that someone tried to sign in to my account and wants me to click the link! It does not look like a mail AOL would send! You have made the SPAM file totally useless!

Why do we have to click to see captions under photos in the news? Insane!
AOL is getting crazier by the day and making us work harder and harder. To see a once sentence caption under a photo you have to click. Who is running this place? I'd sooner avoid the news articles and get them elsewhere. Use your time and energy to fix things that are broken instead....of which there are many.

Unable to correct double spacing on the "write mail" section.
I would type his email first using word document. and paste it to ADG. then I get double spacing after pasting it to ADG write mail. No option to correct double spacing. I update the java and Flash player and even run it with admin rights but still doing the same thing. I tried pasting it using the compose mail using Edge (webmail) in "compose mail" section and it worked just fine. Please have the option to correct it or make ADG to copy the text from wrod document just like the webmail.

Account Verification - Too Long
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION –
The account verification process on phone calls is too long and cumbersome. Some customers, including me, do not have the phone options required to process verification. Surely, AOL can simplify this verification process.

Terrible Browser: Wasting Time, To Much Going To Other Small Browsers
Why to many small browsers? Pronto? Zapmenta? Social Scour? Why not just one? That's why I never like Yahoo is the same pattern.

I have complained to your Tech Support and all I get is they are working on Emojies. Get the Chat Rooms working.. The Chat Room Listing brings up nothing.

This Feedback forum was a nice idea, but has become useless. New posts need to be on top, posts need a date. We're confused as to what happened and when. Recently Aol pulled back the Beta version, but to what? Where are we now? How are we supposed to help you if you don't help us?

Packaging of plans
Why can't aol package plans mbr's wants instead of offering Plans that members don't want, such as: AARP, McAfee, & Search and Recovery,Barkbox. Items that I would want packaged (bundled) for one low price are: System Machanic, SuperAnti Spyware, Walware Bites,CC Cleaner, AOL 1 Point. Give me what I want and NOT what I don't want.

improve the access of the webmail under aol desktop gold, hopefully we can save the shortcut of our other mail account on toolbars
hoepfully we can create a shortcut of our other aol free account that can be accessed on webmail and put it on the tool bar or favorites without connecting the account to the default aol account that has subscription for gold so it would still be easy to access it without transferring or using other browsers like chrome or without the need to login or logout from our main account.
