improve the access of the webmail under aol desktop gold, hopefully we can save the shortcut of our other mail account on toolbars
hoepfully we can create a shortcut of our other aol free account that can be accessed on webmail and put it on the tool bar or favorites without connecting the account to the default aol account that has subscription for gold so it would still be easy to access it without transferring or using other browsers like chrome or without the need to login or logout from our main account.

We have been stuck with AOL Gold for over a year and a half, and still no improvements.

Email "Emergency Brake."
There used to be a "stop sending" button on emails. Example, you click SEND and suddenly realize you forgot something, used to be able to stop sending, fix it, and send it again. Would be really nice to have again.

PLEASE provide a way to make the AOL BLINKING CURSOR in a line of text BOLDER, not just thin. Nearly blind users can;t see THIN markings.

Nearly blind users can barely see THIN markings and it is thus hard to find where in the sentence or paragraph you are. . MICROSOFT provides this accessibility feature because it is vital to visually handicapped people. AOL does not utilize this Microsoft benefit. after 24 years, must I leave AOL? ****@aol.com

Comment Names
When posting a comment.......I notice many people impersonating others by using the same name. AOL is allowing this to happen. Watch out folks........AOL does nothing to stop this. Someone will say something & think it is you & it's not. Good luck to anyone who posts comments on AOL. AOL will ignore this post......as usual.

AOL FOLDERS disorganized
My AOL file folders used to be in groups that I arranged them in...based on the number of dashes I preceded each title with. Now the entire file folders are arranged alphabetically...which I did not want and did not ask for. I want my folders back the way they were.

Add all the settings in one window
Alphabetical Manage My Settings is apart of settings in the tool bar, add all together, like before.

deleting mail contacts
When you scan items in your address list (under mail in mailbox) from A to Z to clear out unwanted addresses, the curser shouldn't jump back to A after one deletion. It should move to the next name in the alphabet on the list so you can continue to survey the list, otherwise you have to go through the entire alphabet to find the spot where you'd been. Very time consuming.

So if I go back to FREE AOL Desktop Gold, what do I loose? Nothing. You're stripping this down anyway, 'support' is non existent.
Why pay the five buck subscription fee for 'support'. What are you supporting? Certainly not our wishes nor the good stuff you once had that drew us to AOL in the first place.

When you have a list of no reply on your address book, and you wish to delete all 4 you can only delete one at a time.

While writing an email, my font is "Segoe ,," yet it is not in the font list..
When I pasted other text into the email, it pasted in as my default "Comic Sans MS". There was no way to change it to match the "Segoe" font...
If you can identify a script, why can't you allow us to use it???

File Downloading
When an email has a file attached now, (1) it doesn't open like they used to and (2) there is no means to open files via Aol software like before. This is crazy! Now if you download something you have to find it on your computer which isn't always easy.

Two issues to take under advisement. The verification process is very laborious, had to identify literally a hundred images to progress through the AOL system all to verify why my password was not being acknowledged. Of greater importance: Please tweak the Desktop Gold software to allow the customer to ADD ADDITIONAL FONTS on the drop down menu . As everyone is very sensitive to branding the feature on the previous iteration allowed us in marketing, graphic design to gear our email correspondence to the visual sensibilities of our clients and reflect our own corporate identity BETTER.and more accurately.
