File Downloading

When an email has a file attached now, (1) it doesn't open like they used to and (2) there is no means to open files via Aol software like before. This is crazy! Now if you download something you have to find it on your computer which isn't always easy.

    How can I open my email attachments whats wrong ? It used to work !

    Would like to be able to open an attachment without saving it first. I am using Chrome as my browser. Most attachments I receive are not things I want to save!

    No it doesnt product support. Wake up! Everyone is having the same problem with opening attatched files! Whats the hold up? Do you want us all to drop aol? And bad mouth aol all over social media???

    I have aol on my lenovo tablet.
    It used to download attatchments. All of a sudden all i get is a new page titled about blank?? Whats going on??

    Product support... There is not an option to turn on or off as you state. I want the option so please let me and others know where you have this as you state.

    I don't always want to "save" an attachment, but I have to download it in order to see it. Then let me delete it.

    I am unable to open my attachments in emails on my AOL account, if I forward the email to my gmail account I do not have a problem opening them. How do I correct this?

    I can't open any attachments sent to me. I have to forward the email to another email. If this continues, I will have to redirect all of my mail to another email and drop aol. How do I fix this?

    For months I have had to forward my emails containing attachment to another email address on a different server because they won't open in AOL. AOL has been my email provider for 20 years and I'm honestly thinking of switching to my back-up email full-time. How do I fix this. On my last nerve.

    having same issue as everyone else, can't download attachments and have to forward all my emails to gmail
