You have Liberal employees who read the posts on the comments section of news items and remove the ones they don't like.
You have Liberal employees who read the posts on the comments section of news items and remove the ones they don't like. That is not right. They leave angry hateful comments (mostly against Trump) and they leave foul language, but they remove any truthful comment by Conservatives. It is not right. Get rid of your employees who use AOL to fight Conservatives, even though it was Conservatives who founded AMerica and shed their blood to make it a nation.

You removed the option to limit access to our email account to only specifically identify. It is clear aol did this to allow ads to deluge
This change makes it possible for those sending these emails to change their address so unsubscribing does not work.

Who ever bought AOL out, has just absolutely ruined it.
You guys have taken this company to be its worst ever..I have been on AOL since 1995, and it has gotten worse and slower every year. but this AOL GOLD has taken us back way past the beginning..Every catagory is less.. The caption on the main page does not go with the story. The screen is split between the two or three stories
The caption does not go with the news story because the screen is split between the stories and the underneath story is the major picture but the caption is for the underneath story. Just put one story and one caption and we will all be better for it.

Keep MY PORTFOLIOS
I have been with AOL for many years mainly because you support the platform MY PORTFOLIOS which makes tracking investments and managing accounts very easy. Now you are dropping support of that platform. Yahoo is not as good as what you are about to drop and I think that is a very poor business decision.I will have to consider dropping AOL.

PLEASE add an icon for adding pictures to the AOL signature page! I found an alternate way to do it
PLEASE add an icon to the signature page so that I can add my logo to my signature at end of every email. A technician showed me an alternate way of doing it through MS Paint, but even he agreed that is tedious and there should be an icon.

Does anyone who has an IQ over 30 believe the UN cares about the United States? Who the F cares what the UN says or does because whatever it is, it is meant to hurt USA. However, AOL thinks the UN is a peace force for good....IT IS NOT. It a body of self serving anti-American bigots.

viantis advertiser had a $5 trial on aol. Tried it didnt work called to cancel the viantis after recieving $89 bill for the free trial bottle. Was told no refund then was given 30% and then after threats of a lawsuit was given %50 back. they should not be on your AOL advertisers. This is a crooked business practice and needs to be corrected.

address book:
Prior to 'Gold', 1. we could drag and drop an email address from the address line to the BCC line with ease. Now not so.
2. the old version let us amend or adjust the auto-filled address with a slight change. Not so now. I deal with lots of addresses that are 20 characters long with only the first couple of letters dif between recipients. Why can we not simply make that change without retyping the entire address.
3. and the actual address book was all screwed up. Why did you change all our contact info?
