Reinstatement of Blocked Email

Please add click and drag for emails. I do not want to open or down load an email that might be a phish.
Please add a feature to deal with possible phish emails. I do not want to open to forward to aol_phish nor do I want to down load the attachment so you can see what is being sent. I would like a feature like outlook has that allows the email to be attached without opening to another email.

chat rooms
I'm curious if members create a private chat room why there is censer of what can and cannot be typed??? I can understand the public rooms which are 99% empty but in a personal created private room you should be able to talk the way you want!!!! BIG BROTHER!!

It would be a great security feature to add a link to review browser extensions like Firefox. It's become a way for bad guys to get into a computer.

going on 18 months with GOLD not operating or operating POORLY - cannot sign in without many multiple attempts - EMAIL NOT working at all - ignorant , biased welcome screen does not load - happens on different computers - ALL other INTERNET functions are operating properly - problems exist only on AOL - calling tech support is completely FUTILE -

No sense leaving a message after seeing so many AOL customers having problems with the AOL Desktop Gold.
With the large number of problems being experienced by AOL members it seems AOL would have made sure the Gold was working properly before launching it. Many great features were left out and so many other problems. Sorry state of affairs. Been an AOL member for many years and sad to say the GOLD is not AOL standard.

Gather this info - Working software should be highest priority - suspend more member "perks" and everything and give us a workable program!
We've been waiting a year for this! I've been a member since 1996, and AOL software had evolved to 9.8. Then you crashed and have not given us a reliable fix. Are you listening to your faithful customers? The lack of applied results says NO!

"Cut and paste" is intermittent in new gold desktop
For many years on AOL desktop I have been able to "copy" a paragraph from my word document and "paste" it into an AOL email. Now with gold desktop, the words from the PREVIOUS time paste in my email. I can re copy and re paste the new paragraph countless times, but the new words copied won't paste until many times later...sometimes never. Why did gold's developers do away with so many of the useful features from the old desktop program? And why are they taking forever to restore them, or at least to tell us why not.

Eliminate chatroom bosses
I believe that Aol should eliminate chatroom moderators / bosses . Strangers should not be allowed to block paying Aol customers posts . Aol should have the final say as related to blocking posts in a chatroom .... Aol should eliminate chatroom moderators because human beings that are given that kind of power will cheat . Chatroom bosses are cheating your Aol customers everyday if they disagree with your customer politically , they will block your aol paying customers posts

Hovering mouse over graphics do not show text
When I search AOL in graphics view I am not able to see the name of the company associated with the graphic. This means that I have to waste time to open each image to see where it is coming from

I have a graphics site and worked very hard to come up with catchy text and information describing each graphic. This is done by adding the word title to the code of the graphic. Now all my work…
