Not aol desktop gold related but, for mobile phone users, It is better to have access to calendar as well.
Aol desktop gold has many features that users have, and one of that that I use is the calendar, I also have a phone and I can't access the calendar on Aol app, It is going to be much better for me and other people that uses calendar to have access to it.

Your algorithm for screening comments still needs work and could benefit from AI!
I've gone through several screenings for words I've used in comments! The word or words that caused rejection or challenging were in no way used offensively nor were the word or words in question made known to me. I'm keenly aware and support efforts to try and keep comments constructive. But your words have no value to me when I see others verbally attacking others (this time me) without the sensitivity you seek. I see lots of hateful language but not necessarily an offensive word. So your algorithm is useless for hateful sentencing and offensive and wrongly constricting when comments…

Sort Contacts in Address Book Alphabetically
Our AOL contacts should be sorted alphabetically, or give us the ability to sort our contacts alphabetically.

Worthless "View" section in mail
The "Views" feature is not helpful and automatically filters items that I do not wish to have in multiple places. The most critical issue is the "subscription" area which automatically saves the companies that contact me. The "unsubscribe" feature does not work, therefore I would have to contact each company individually which is very time consuming. I do not like the "View" feature for any function.

Using AOL Keyword opens AOL Web Search
Morning, just pointing out that when you type in an AOL Keyword it opens what you've seacrhed for in AOL Web Search. (Unless certain AOL Keywords are not active yet?)

Sign on page
On the opening page. You show Popular Video. It's currently showing a cooking recipe......French Toast. How long you going to show it. It's up constantly and its extremely boring and nothing new.

Expand the number of spam addresses individual users can block
As of now I have blocked 1000 different spam addresses which is the maximum number of addresses an AOL user can block. If AOL isn't going to stop this stuff from coming in then you need to give us unlimited ability to block it ourselves. While we are on the topic, how is it that the AOL email algorithm can't identify an email addresses like "375536982@digi.y4y.44zaiwang.com" and "Casinco@rompuy.assemblozov.jp.net" as spam and block it upfront?
Many spammers use an email address only one time to send many spam messages. Adding every email address that you receive spam from is not the best method of reducing the amount of spam you receive.
We suggest using the "Report as Spam" option when you encounter spam email message. This will send that message and all of the related information about the message (sender information etc.) to our Anti-Spam department where it will be analyzed by several pieces of information including the number of users who reported it as spam which will help us handle similar spam messages appropriately before they even reach your email box.

I'm using AOL desktop Gold
once I decide to put an email into a folder
I need to take it there quickly,
Presently I have to scroll all the way to the s's to find the folder.
I need a faster way to find the folder to save it in that folder I need.
Scrolling takes me 45 seconds to get there.
please put another way for me to get to that folder that wanted to save the email in. -
Remove Twitter Link from Help Menu
I noticed that in all current builds of ADG, on the main 'Help' menu, there is a link to AOL Desktop on Twitter. The link leads to a profile that doesn't exist. I would recommend one of the following fixes: Either remove the link from the Help menu -or- Rename the link to reflect Twitter's rebrand as "X" and have the link go to a profile that exists. Dead links look bad, so just wanted to let the team know I found this. Thanks in advance.
