  1. icons on the aol desktop gold

    I would prefer to have small icons on the toolbar. upon adjusting the screen resolution of computer to the smallest icon it can be, this is still big for me.

  2. Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

    Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

  3. Color of Logo better

    The color of the AOL Gold Desktop seems to be richer which is a better color.
    Can the arrows on the mail header for type color be made darker to give greater contrast to the background?

  4. Miss the "Launch System Info" under the help menu. Clear cache and rebuild adapter were great tools!

  5. Please reinstall the quick drop down button for favorites. It is time consuming to hunt in the favorites box or to type in the search box

  6. When I send an email, where is the setting so that it stays open to change it and send to another person?

    Keep emails that I am sending open after they are sent, so I can change it and send again to someone else.

  7. File Downloading

    When an email has a file attached now, (1) it doesn't open like they used to and (2) there is no means to open files via Aol software like before. This is crazy! Now if you download something you have to find it on your computer which isn't always easy.

  9. Not happy with the new GOLD. I do not like the graphics - they look primitive.

    I also miss the drop down on the WECOME tab on the home page where a number of categories would drop down for quick easy access - like finances (so I could see how my stocks were doing), movies, health, etc. I would WELCOME it if it was restored.

  11. Maximize all, Print button, Personalized Welcome page.

    There should be an option to have all the windows like read, write, favorites, news to open up automatically in full screen when opening AOL.
    The print icon on the top right bar that appeared on each page was very useful -please put it back!
    I want to change the welcome page of AOL to Huffington post - Black Voices like it was before in order to open automatically when
    I started Aol but all I managed to do is to make it a homepage that I have to click on each time.

  15. Make the browser extension like the outdated browser in 9.8.2..

    Let the user be able to share especially to Facebook the webpage. The one was the best features of the older desktop.

  16. get aol gold [chatrooms] to work with a program called "Jaws" which is a screenreader for visually impaired users

    the old aol 9x works with jaws .it reads the screen to blind users
