    The only way to clear cache now is to pay aol gold for the fast speed up security service $10 month. This has to stop. give us back our 9.8 no more gold

    They do not want us to clear cache because they are pushing for us to buy there security at $9 month . Stop sending me Email all day to buy security service to clean up my computer. I do not want to pay for that. AOL gold is slower then ever, they said it will be faster them 9.7. they have control of us to buy there security cleaners. I have to find a new email place. Help if U know of a good one let me know.

    To ALL AOL paying Members. We have to wake up and realize that AOL GOLD , Could Not care less about our comments, since they got rid of 9.8.2. Gathering Feedback and Under review is BULL.
    They will eventually make AOL GOLD so Bad, that it will just DIE. So maybe it is time to start looking around for another company, since AOL just STALLS AND LIES.
    The problems that started with AOL GOLD could be fixed by a FIVE year old in minutes. But this amazing Engineering team must be in a home for idiots.

    Now It is impossible to get System Information(SINF) back. What other DISASTER, CAN AOL GOLD COME UP WITH. It just get worse and worse. Asking for Input or gathering Info, IS A LOAD OF ****.
    Unless they have the dumbest Engineers in the world working for AOL GOLD.

    Launch System Info was a very important feature for AOL users prior to the Gold debacle and now you make the horrible new system worse by deleting this essential function. Restore immediately.

    I am unable to perform tasks that I used before to completely clear my cache and not like the steps explained in another post on here. PLEASE! Bring that feature back to click on Help and then on Launch System Information. I may not be able to stay on AOL after 20+ years without this and the colors for each user name and the ability to see the emails I have on every user name without having to sign on and off and on and on. HELP!!

    The "mail settings" then "Browser" then "Security" method is NOT the same as what was available on System Information. System Information needs to be restored.

    In 9.8.2 I could go to Help and then click on Launch System Information and then in System Information I could click on Utilities and then clear all cache. What have you done with Launch System Information on Gold? I need that back. This is one of many issues that I am simply not happy with on Gold and wish you would fix all the issues that appear on this feedback forum.

    Found out ow to do that! You have to go into Mail Settings, then click Browser, then click Security and then you can do that.
