Please remove the added information on everyone in my address list. I do not need to see how many emails I have shared with this person and I do not need to see what the subject of our last email was posted. I also do not need to see photos posted in this address list. I find this very intrusive and was done without my approval. Also just because I have the last name of some of my contacts does not mean we are related.

How to find info on new aol builds
Since the what's new icon seems to have disappeared, the following link takes you to a page where you can read about the newest aol build.

New problems in aol desktop gold
The title says it all. First, the icons under safety to help seem to vanish when signing on. Signing off then on seems to fix the problem and sceond, where did the what's new icon go?

Have AOL Desktop Gold be able to open multiple sites as do other email carriers.
Fix AOL Desktop Gold so that users are able to open it in multiple address sites at the same time on the computer they're using so that information and files can be transferred immediately. This would be a BIG improvement for users, ESPECIALLY paid users, to have access to their various sites at the same time not unlike other carriers.

1. Include option to remove or block the Trending Terms List in the taskbar. Undesirable clutter!
Pls. give User option to block or remove the Trending Terms List that automatically appears when typing a url for website search in the AOL taskbar. This seems to appear with the most recent version of AOL Desktop Gold and is unwanted clutter. Also, difficult to correctly enter a url for web search until the Trending Terms List appears! Frustrating, unnecessary...a step backward. Please give Users an option to turn this feature off!!!

New Update leads to more ***** ups!
Every time AOL does an update it screws something up....last update to REVISION 11.0.3800 now has my Old Email listing all screwed up! Mail from last year in with last week, last month on top, yesterday's mail mixed in all over the place instead of being listed first...Happens ever "Darn" time AOL does an update...If AOL was FREE I'd expect problems but I PAY for these headaches but not much longer at this rate! AOL 800# Tech support is all foreign based so AOL Corporate officers can maximize their pay. AOL Tech Support usually creates more damage and make problems worse. AOL continues to utilize an idiotic, problematic browser arrangement that needs continuous reworking and updating. Their main default, workaround and fallback is to Reload the AOL Gold program via BOMGAR session, which most always causes loss of your AOL program-open settings and loss of all your personal TOOL-BAR settings and Icons which you have placed there, but, of course, always retrains the AOL commercial Icons, which actually can, and should be deleted.
