Why is it all of a sudden taking so long for an email to delete?
Why is "delete" taking twice as long as it used to? I click to delete an email and there is a wait time now.

AOL News - New (terrible) format
Your not giving the full title of an article, just a partial title followed by.......in your new format for AOL News, is a terrible idea. I will not open any article that does not clearly state what the content is. This is bad for AOL and your advertisers a well.

Email automatically going to "old email" while reading it
When I open up an email and while I'm reading it the email is automatically sent to "old email". There are times when I want to keep that email as "unread". I don't like that it automatically goes to "old email" and then I have to go and find that email in "old email" and then mark it as "unread". I want to decide where it should go. It used to be that after you read an email and logged out of email, it was then that the emails would go to "unread". Please bring that back. If I have…

You can improve AOL Gold by not changing how email is functioning without first asking the customer if they want that change.
When some dumb IT person decides how emails can be better they either need to first take a survey or give those of us paying customers the option to have or not have the new function. Email being moved to "old" mail while you are reading it stinks and I want it to remain on the "new" mail page until I close it and can either delete it or move it. I don't want to have to go to "old" mail in order to do this.

Bring pause button back

Don't expect anybody to read your news stories since you began truncating the headlines. Now no reason to click.
Go back to the old style. Make the headlines complete sentences so readers know what the story is about. I'm not going to waste my time clicking on stories now that you've truncated the headlines.

- the AOL search engine automatically shows up when looking at mail. It requires deleting.

better program for changing dates.
change program that doesnt allow the agent to change the day in the month you have to pay your bill that month.you have wait for a certain date , meanwhile your system mech is free so i can pay on the fourth. of sept / which is what i want , not at end of the month when my balance is low . why it would stop the flow of cancelations because of it

Member doesn't want the emails to be transferred directly to the old folder from new folder after closing those, member prefer dragging and dropping after he closes it to the folder that wants

Please Bring Back Ad-Free Paid Option for Desktop Gold
Back when AOL still offered Advantage Plans, there was a little-known bolt-on called "Ad-Free Desktop Gold". It was unrelated to the Ad-Free Mail that works to remove ads from webmail. Since the new plans rolled out, there is no way for a Desktop Gold member to pay for having no ads in their Desktop Gold client. I've tried each Premium plan to test this, and I've spoken with Support - they have confirmed what I'm saying is true. If AOL could please bring back the Ad-Free option for Desktop Gold, I'd buy it tomorrow! Thanks :)

Desktop Gold Mail
Why do you have to keep fixing things that aren't broke. Can no longer use previous or next when reading mail. Have to close out the individual mail and then click on the next one. When you close an individual mail it goes automatically into old mail. Please fix this problem.

AOL Desktop for the UK
Release AOL Desktop Beta to other countries such as in the UK. I am currently a Beta tester from the UK and I would like to see AOL make a come back instead of if being killed off. Also bring back AIM! Why was this killed off?
