AOL gold freezes every day
Everyday AOL GOLD freezes up and I have to use Google. Why am I paying you to use your desktop if it does not work!! YOU SHOULD BE PAYING ME TO USE AOL GOLD!!! Don't force people to use this ****! FIX IT ALREADY!! I AM PAYING YOU 3.99 a MONTH SO IS EVERYONE ELSE!!!

Put the option to opt out of interest based advertising back
AOL changed the opt out of interest based advertising. It used to be easy , now it's so complicated and doesn't actually let you have the option anymore. You used to be able to get it down to only a few, but now, with that option removed. You are subject to an average of 135 different companies tracking and targeting you.AOL doesn't care bout the customer, they are only about advertising, if we pay for AOL service, they only profit more. AOL, no longer stands for "America On Line" It's "Advertising On LIne"

Background vs Stationery
You obviously misunderstood, we didn't want your stationery, we want to be able to OUR OWN backgrounds like before. How difficult is that? You don't even understand what your customers want or need, yet you increase the rates? That's almost laughable. You're stealing from us. Why didn't you take notes of AOL 9.8.2 before you cut it off? You don't have a clue as to what we want or need. You're not even trying to satisfy us. Why not?

Fraudulent advertisers
On February 23, 2020, I ordered and used my ATM card to purchase a top from NINACLOAK.Com who continues to show the same attractive tops as being in stock. My top has never been sent. In searching for their web site there are multiple links to reveal this is a scam advertiser. My bank is doing an investigation. I used their posted phone number and was placed on hold for over an hour with no response. These people are stealing the order payments from all who order their advertised tops. Please refuse their advertising.

blinking ads
The blinking/flashing ads designed to get people to notice them have caused my neighbor's son to be hospitalized. He has the type of epilepsy that is adversely affected by that kind of thing. She has consulted with an attorney to see if it's possible to sue AOL and he thinks there's merit in such a lawsuit. He's currently investigating the possibility of a class action suit but has already filed in her behalf.

Welcome Screen changes
Here's an idea.....change the Welcome Screen back to the way it was two days ago.......you know when the pictures were not huge and the print small. Change is not always good.

I have two suggestions, first suggestion is to provide a grammar check as you provided the spell check.
First suggestion is to provide a grammar check as you did with the spell check to help prevent writing errors. Secondly, to allow the customer service to take the information from the customer, and to pass it along to whoever they may transfer you to if they cannot provide assistance. Having the customer repeat all the data all over again is stressful when it can be relayed to whoever they are transferring you to, and to save time for the tech as well.

Print Preview
Get rid of print preview or at least make a way to turn it off. It just adds extra steps to a process that is already too slow.

Calendar Only allows a 2-1/2 year look back on a rolling basis.

Duplicate Names
I have had my aol.com email name since joining in the 1990's. until a few years ago some one else has my same e-address but not password which is of little comfort since I can trace her name, home address, city and state etc on the dark web. This was annoying at first but Im really concerned that my personal information may soon be found. This sounds like a flaw in AOL security. How long do I need to keep complaining? can someone fix this??

SPAM "stuck" in my mailbox
Today marks the 3rd time that some SPAM is stuck in my spam folder. The message shows up in the count of spam messages but the message doesn't show up in the folder so I can delete it. From the first time when Tech Support called me and couldn't delete it, I know that I have to sign on to AOL web mail on the Internet and then can delete it. Allow us to delete "views" folders
FRUSTRATING! The "views" folder group is useless to me, and it defaults to being open - taking up space right (6 lines) at the top of the folders list. Please allow us to DELETE this feature!
