Background vs Stationery
You obviously misunderstood, we didn't want your stationery, we want to be able to OUR OWN backgrounds like before. How difficult is that? You don't even understand what your customers want or need, yet you increase the rates? That's almost laughable. You're stealing from us. Why didn't you take notes of AOL 9.8.2 before you cut it off? You don't have a clue as to what we want or need. You're not even trying to satisfy us. Why not?

Bring back all the choices for stationery. What you have now stinks.
Your subscribers, you know, the ones you are supposed to please, would be very happy to see all the stationery choices we had before. -

PLEASE, let US be able to add OUR OWN background to emails again for our own stationary. I make my own animated ones in paint shop & want to use those like I used to. That option used to be in the drop down menu right after " Insert Picture". Can't you guys do this for us? I don't think It's much to ask, really.

GOLD is RUST. 9.8 was far superior. Then to foster on us something that was still in Beta Testing was the worst move possible. The only reason I've stayed with AOL is because of Tech Support.

It "used" to be fun writing e-mails..being able to choose different backgrounds and using animated toons.... You've managed to make it totally boring!
Please, please, please...."listen" to what your members want. Bring back the old AOL e-mail features. -

The old AOL gave us plenty of cute wallpaper for the holidays and seasons including animated ones. I miss this feature very much. Also you could choose a desktop theme. I see you are offering some pictures to use, but the choices are very limited. I usually have to go find a picture on my own so the desktop does not look boring. Now that sounds are back, please fix the rest. Not understanding why the new owners just changed everything when a good platform was already made.
