SUB FOLDERS
aol should have an option to create sub folders inside the folder. that is a simple but impacting thing and it should be part of aol.

Stories from Boredom Therapy cause the background to disappear
Boredom Therapy stories cause the Background Displays to disappear. I see other complaints about this and nothing has been done - why not? It has happened twice so far today and I've only been on for about an hour. either fix it or get rid of the Damned Boredom Therapy, it's a total waste of time any way.

Why are there ads with a subscription?
Why is it that I pay $26.99 per month for access to AOL, yet I am still bombarded with ads!? Please don't tell me it is due to the add-ons that I can get. The only one useful to me is Lifelock. Norton is a much better antivirus product than McAfee & the rest of the stuff I neither need or want.

You've now found a way to post advertising in the white space behind our email? Just another way AOL has found to take up band space to make everything work slower and jam up which is a constant problem. I pay for this service. TAKE AWAY THE UNNECESSARY ADVERTISING!!!!! While you're at it, try to be a little less liberal in your "news reporting". Remember, I pay for this service. I don't pay for your liberal-slanted news or your excessive advertising.

AOL Gold mail issues.
I'm having issues with sending multiple emails to multiple addresses. I keep getting an error message. I've tried to get help with this by talking to tech support. Nothing has been resolved. Email with AOL Gold has been a problem since it's inception. Why are we paying for an upgrade that is worse that the old software? Another day I can not log in to post a comment. I can not do this on AOL. Now here's the weird part.....I can go onto another IP......log on to AOL & post comments.....& it is under the correct screen names. Form some reason......AOL blames me for this. I do not get this.
I love cupcakes. That comment has been censored by AOL. There was no pictures.....no language....& no suspicious IP. (unless AOL considers themselves suspicious) Is it just me? Am I missing something here? How many times do I have to give feedback before the censorship stops?
