Enable Screen Capture Protection Not Working

The below Bug report was submitted BY THE AOL TECH.
“Unable to check/uncheck "Enable Screen Capture Protection". Basic troubleshooting was performed already by AOL Tech. Before TS, the box was unchecked, but after TS, the box was automatically checked & it's not letting us uncheck it. Did hit INSTALL button as well but it's not doing anything.”
I called on 6/24/20 to get an update, since the above issue was not fixed. And, that call-back was one of the worst I’ve experienced in my 23 years of using AOL as a paid member.
I spent 4 HOURS talking to 4 AOL phone techs. And why was that? I was disconnected from ALL 4 phone techs and had to call back. 3 of the techs did not take notes. So, when I called back, I had to repeat my issue and then ALL of the same troubleshooting tests were repeated AGAIN. I WAS EXHAUSTED.
When I told the last tech (Rik) that all of my Bug reports, past and present, were never fixed, he said I needed to submit them under my Master Screen Name. I told him I had never heard of that and there was no mention of it on AOL’s Help link. He informed me he had been on this job for 7 years. Plus, he made changes in my Register, which made me nervous.
Rik said AOL makes updates every Friday and my issue would be corrected. I disagree. I feel my issue is not an update issue, but an individual problem associated with my AOL software.
This problem occurs under all of my 6 screen names, including the Master.
I seriously doubt this response will fix my issue.
