Slow Response Loading Welcome Page and Changing Screen Names
The AOL tech on 7/2/20 sent a Bug report indicating my Welcome Screen and changing screen names were slow in responding. She said the issues were intermittent and said the issue was with my computer. Yes, on VERY FEW occasions, it is intermittent. BUT THAT IS A FALSE ANALYSIS.
As a 23-year paid member and before AOL Gold, I used an older PC and router and slower Internet speeds, and never had a slow running computer using AOL. So, why now? All other browsers work fine ALL OF THE TIME.
Although this AOL contact seems to find fault with my 3-year old Windows 10 computer and a new router, other customers have reported the same issue(s). Plus, other AOL phone contacts say the problem is with AOL Gold.

WHY do you keep screwing with your AOL client? It is slow and buggy as always. NEVER happened BEFORE this ** GOLD. When AOL was owned by AOL the company it worked great. NOW it is slow and sluggish. I have to re-start my computer to fix the issue. Restarting the AOL client does nothing. Can you fix this? I have an up to date PC that I built...super fast AMD processor....8gb memory.....Win 10 latest updates. Can you please respond? I have been with AOL over 20 years. I was a beta tester for many years in Northern VA where AOL began. Thank you. @aol.com
