Gold goes un-repsonsive.. has happened 3 times in a row now. Please fix

I have been in a chat room and go back to the Chat Room Listing and Gold goes un-repsonsive.. has happened 3 times in a row now.
Please fix this version on AOL or go back to the old version that worked.

1. Click the Help button in the top-right corner of the AOL Desktop window
2. Select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu

    Almost every time I sign on I get the "You got mail message" but when I click read them, computer freeze, "no responding" comes up and takes a good 2-3 minutes to do anything! Please fix whatever the problem is. It's getting to be a real PITA.

    Gold is screwing up every time I try to send attached photos from my PC (or do just about anything I'm used to doing). I have to put posts in Draft folder, then come back to send. Then it sends twice!! IDEA: Fix things so they work like the ALWAYS DID BEFORE!!!

    Our email look horrible once we hit Send. Gold is resizing our graphics to look tiny. If they're not tiny, they're all bloated and distorted. Come on, how difficult can this be? And the way our mail hangs and the multiples. This is truly a nightmare.

    As Gold has no improvements, no user simplification, nothing but heartburn.... I, as an AOL user for 25 years am unhappy with the current package. The new stuff might be fine for a computer geek. I don't have that much time on my hands.

    error 440:13004 message?
    NEVER HAD THIS TROUBLE WITH THE OLDER VERSIONS OF AOL
    THE GOLD VERSION ***** EGGS!!!
    IT IS THE WORST VERSION EVER CREATED!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Fix it by going back to what we had before ... it's almost that you decided to get rid of desktop lovers by creating junk that no one can use and then forcing them to pay for it!

    This is not better than the previous AOL. Every time when I try to open , I get not responding . What is that?

    Your agent said she would "unfreeze" my AOL site on 2-3-18. GOLD worked for awhile, but today, froze my laptop again.

    who laid this huge.......uh.....egg? This thing is freezing up and won't load pages I just looked at, and it's on horses not sicko stuff. How can you possibly charge people for such an obvious failure? I have to restart my computer (your suggestion) every time that it freezes up? "Failed to Load" seems to be the only screen that is reliable..... here since '99....yikes!

    this new aol gold is terrible. my screen locks up all the time and I can't sign off or do anything.

    Bring back 9.8.2 - complete with fun icons, wallpaper, etc. This new product is absolutely awful - deleting is impossibly slow; the curser jumps all over the place while deleting, and overall, I HATE this product. It is not improved - it is just plain worse.

    Kind of strange that AOL is putting this out and charging for it while it is still full of bugs. Half of the time mine won't even load it's own pages ~ I've had to reboot/reload it to get it to work. "Failed to Load" seems to come up 50% of the time, and a page that I just read and came back to won't load....zoiks!

    After posting a thought here, the screen froze and I had to restart. How did Gold ever pass a technical prowess board???? Go back to 9.8.2

    What junk.. Aol is more worried about advertisers now than its customers. Bring back 9.8.. Gold freezes and ha.s a lot less options
