Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    Why does it take 20+ seconds for an email to open and another 20+ seconds for it to be deleted? GOLD response time is not getting any faster or better. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.

    Your customer service people have been great it is just your software that needs to be improved.

    GO BACK TO THE AOL WE ALL LOVED AND GET RID OF GOLD IT SUCKS

    I want NO advertising on my page. Why do I have to shuffle for space trying to read my emails? While a larger space is taking up space for YOUR ADVERTISING. I will cancel as soon as I hear from you. I am paying you ???????

    Yes! Go back to allowing me to save certain emails in folder ON MY HARD DRIVE. I'm probably going to have to reinstall Windows 10 (GRRR) and am afraid I lose all I've carefully categorized for easy reference.

    You tried to fix something that was not broke. let us know in advance when you are going to change the favorites, that way we can save a current version to fall back on

    Search does NOT work when you are looking for a email address.
    Addresses do NOT quick fill when you are trying to send an email.
    Half the time my emails will open blank only to open correctly hours later.
    Saving in folders does not work like it use to, where you can drag the email into the folder.
    All around NOT a stable email program.

    the older verzeron better it allowed you to maintance you can do not you need to call in its slow not respoding alot the tech check my speed wow its fast why slow here not responding lot of time not happy with the product and i have only this aol not onthers had texth delete them unhappy aol person just that i am old and old habits are hard to break but if it keeps happening you will lost a customer

    Aol, You ain't gonna do nuttin....but do as little as possible to get by. You remind me of the time I to the drive thru at Popeyes. I got my food,pulled over to check it as I usually do and there was half the food I would normally get. I went inside and complained and was told they were going out of business and they apologized and said they were told to give as little food as possible, JUST LIKE YOU AT AOL ARE DOING...SO, GO AHEAD AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS ALREADY!!!!

    It's been months since AOL said we are working on the problems in AOL GOLD. Well what taking so long, just reactivate 9.8 and call it GOLD.
    How much longer are we suppose to PAY for this JUNK ?

    Why is everything on Gold in slow motion? And why do so many URL's open with a blank black or white page and you have to try and try 4 or 5 times till you get the page? DO NOT tell me to clear my browser or give me that tech number to call! I have none of these problems whatsoever when using other browsers.... plus my neighbor and friends I speak to have these very same problems. Nothing is wrong at my end. It is AOL Gold that is wrong!

    Now you can go ahead and close this post like you have done with my others so that no-one can see it. I am so very disgusted already.
