Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

AOL Gold is a horrible user experience, it's slow no matter what device I'm on, takes forever to sign in, you've taken away features, Instant messenger and now charge people for a less than adequate product. Bring back 9.8.2! Improve or I for one will be gone and I'm sure I won't go alone.

My finance portfolio is not available.....again! Now that I am a paying customer, I expect to be able to access my "benefits" and my finance portfolio is one of them. Gold has too many "bugs"....Your IT department should be doing a better job...or you should get some new and better people working there!

When Gold is open the entire computer is slowed down. When I get to work and turn on my computer, if I do not open Gold Desktop, everything opens quickly and with no problem, Word, Excel open in seconds. Once I open Gold Desktop everything is slowed down very very very much. It takes Word over 30 seconds to open if not more. The same with other programs. Firefox opens and then hangs just to open the basic page.
Why is this happening? All during the day everything is held up. It is like it is recording each keystroke. I would think it is a virus, but it only happens with Gold is open.
What can you or I do to fix this? -

Go back to AOL 9.8. At least it worked fine and not like ****** GOLD that we have to pay for and it doesn't work right most of the time. TERRIBLE upgrade.

Email lists won't appear? This AOL Gold has been problem after problem. Please return to the reliability of 9.8 and it's features. The emoticons are terrible also!

We HATE AOL GOLD. It is a disaster. We have a paid subscription -- for what? Now you cannot hold curser on an email and see the entire address before opening. Fewer fonts. It's a terrible experience. More technical failures. Right now I have not been able to see/open MY email for over 2 hours and counting. AOL is holding me *******!

Its so sad using GOLD! Its not what was promised and we have to pay for his ****? I have been an AOL user fr years and never had the probllems like I have with GOLD So sad!
