Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    Please put back access to Settings A-Z from Settings menu. It now only has access to Mail options. Had to do a deep search to find it. NOT GOOD.

    Great. Just spent 20 minutes trying to speak with a person in Billing, to find out if they are Aware how BAD AOL GOLD IS and why I am paying $11.99 for the last 18 years. THEN, i got disconnected.
    What else can AOL ***** UP.

    I pay dearly each month for this and have since the 90s. I am VERY close to changing my work and home emails to another carrier. This "gold" is ****. It is SLOW, it is nonresponsive, it takes HOURS to TRY and look at your mail. THERE ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many advertisements!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why do I pay so much a month to get something that is more of a headache than any other thing I do???

    Bring back 9.8. Gold is ridiculous. Fire whoever thought this up. Ads may bring you revenue but will lose you loyal subscribers. Not only that the Turbo Tax ad that pops up all the time today is so annoying that I will not use their service. They have lost a customer !. Same with other ad service that simply take away from my AOL service. Get rid o GOLD or improve it !!

    AOL gold stinks. Sometimes wait for 2 hours to get mail, can't list it, can't send it, can't open it. Why am I paying for something that's so slow??????????

    there are many other problems which enlisted me ti call 7 different times in 2 days since I changed
    I want to go back
    I have spent 20 hours in 2 days n phone
    your technicians have to consult other technicians for advice and in the end no one knows
    go back!!! drop this
    it is not an improverment

    my issue is pictures - emailing them in body of email
    they do not transfer
    it would take 8 steps to extract pic and save and go to paint and file and click on picture icon in email and then I cant even remember
    there was a command on a sidebar of email whch allowed to chNge siza etc and which said "copy picture" and that was all I had to do save and send
    this is so stupid

    I want to thank AOL for software that throws me out on my ear for no reason. Or how about the ****** email system we now have. O let's not forget simple things that make customers happy in chat communities like a sorted member list so can quickly block people if they posting undesirable posts (instead you may have to look for 15 minutes just to find a single name on a long people list). Ya'll just keep up your non-responsiveness to these complaints because people are getting fed up and you're on the road to losing your customer base.

    I read this post when there were under 50 votes and it said, "Gathering Feedback." Now there are 536 votes and it still says "Gathering Feedback." AOL isn't doing anything with these comments. I guess we should be thankful we have a place to post how much we hate the software.

    My old free service ran approximately four times faster than this 'Gold' service. Paint would probably dry faster. Unless something happens soon to give me back the speed I had for many years, I will not stay a member.
