Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    I Have seen maybe 1 or 2 comments that were positive-the other 14 pages of comments bash aol gold. ARE YOU GUYS LISTENING?
    AS I SEE IT, THE FOLKS WHO DO THE WEB SITE WORK GOT TOGETHER AND SAID---LET'S SEE HOW WE CAN DESTROY A GREAT PRODUCT! POOF!! DONE!---a once great product is now gone!

    Give us back the features of 9.8.2. You are charging us for a junk version of AOL and after 20 years as a charter user I deserve better treatment.

    kindly please check the new software some feature from the old version is missing (address book). some emoji and emoticons are missing when trying to create an email.

    The groups are difficult, not as easy to use. The instant messanging well that's gone. I feel like you hired programmers to make it more difficult not more friendly.

    Every time i start AOL Gold it starts writing to the hard drive and use 95% for one hour.
    This is very bad for the Hard Drive.
    Would you please fix this problem.
    I don't want to break my hard drive because of your messed up software

    This is ****, the whole Gold version sucks and I don't think you'll ever be able to make it right. A forced update? FORCED! You control our computers now, we are just your minions. I can't even get mail to go to my waiting to be sent folder without waiting as long as 20 minutes sometimes. Mail gets sent once yet appears multiple times in the mail box. If you're on a mailing list its not uncommon to see one mail appear 4 or 5 times. Its outrageous how unhappy we are yet ignored totally, and we're supposed to pay for this frustration? Everything about this version, this 'new and improved' version is ****, and I do mean everything. Our choices have been removed from which font we can use to how our favorites are listed. No IM's, no sounds, no chat rooms, no choices. I also don't have aol/**** to get political views, which are totally slanted to the left. Give us the option to have our computers as we want them, or I believe you'll be losing all these millions of dollars you're thinking you'll be getting. We can always go to the aol.com website and send our mail from there. Fix it our you're going to be losing a lot of customers. I too have been a member for more than 20 years, I won't hesitate to jump off this **** if you can't fix our issues. Our complaints are totally valid.

    It is a slap in the face of all aol users who have been loyal for years and who were satisfied with prior versions, Now, for our loyalty, we can no longer use the product we were happy with but now have to pay for an inferior product. THIS IS RIDICULOUS...NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR AOL UNTIL AND UNLESS IT IS FIXED AND READY FOR ROLLOUT!!!

    I love the way the screen periodically freezes and the only way to get it back is to reset the computer and lose everything you were doing. Pure garbage.
    Then half the time GOLD won't reopen and you have to reset again. What a disaster

    GET RID OF ADD ON RIGHT OF MAIL. How many times do I say this.. On hold for 27 minutes on phone. I pay for this and no one answers your phone. G R E A T.

    This AOL GOLD is the biggest bunch of **** I have ever used. There have been some bad browsers but you guys win for the worst yet!!! NOTHING works on this, it was not ready for release at all! It needs a complete overhaul. You should be embarrassed to charge for this. It should be illegal to charge for this! I think maybe a class action suit is in your future!

    Gold works here and there, it is garbage. We deserve to have an IM system. I do not like how when you write in the body of an e mail, that your text has to play catch up, since by mail it says " saving" saving what? It is illegal to save our e mails. Oh, and no more AOL in other countries? I'm glad Gmail doesn't discriminate.

    I miss all th stationery choices, the backgrounds, the texts for holidays. I have no idea why you would remove such a handy thing.
