Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    Now there is another step to go through to log in, and I've noticed it is slowing my computer down!!!!!! The mail either takes forever to load or does'nt load at all without restarting AOL.

    over 1 month without specific local news for set location - no pertinent help from support at all - favorites now frustrating + NOT USER FRIENDLY - overall very poor site quality - no longer worth the price for paid subscribers at all -

    I'm sick and tired of this advice which doesn't work anyway. I don't want to clear saved passwords and other "footprints," many if not most people turn their computer off every night when not in use, and disabling startup programs is intended to be a troubleshooting measure, not a permanent solution to what is an inherent problem with Gold. Quit blaming the slowness on footprints or other programs and either fix it, or let us go back to a prior version.

    When you started advertising the upgrade to Gold you said it would be improved, modernized, and more secure! However you didt mention that all the good things we have used and liked would be eliminated!!! I have been a member since 98 and have seen many changes in AOL but this is the WORST program ever!!! Why didnt you just make 9/8.2 more secure and leave it alone. Nothing works, too much to mention plus you want to charge for each added feature you made for OUR sake!!!! you know and your members know thats the biggest pile of S***!!!!

    Every day I wonder what problems will I have today with AOl Gold. Something happens EVERY day. Just now my signature is gone from my write mail. Why a product with so many issues was put on the market is perplexing and unacceptable. Fix it once and for all or go back to 9.8

    ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10--AT BEST A 1--NOT THOUGHT OUT AT ALL, RUNS SLOW--ADS ARE ABSURD. POP UPS ARE BEYOND ANNOYING. NOT TRYING TO BE CRUEL--JUST HONEST--GOLD IS HORRIBLE--REALLY.

    Please reinstate the email writing features such as color text, color background, color emoticons and better selection of emoticons like we always had in the older versions of AOL. Why am I paying for AOL and have less features? Also, I used to be able to access my documents/photos under the File Tab at the top of toolbar but not now! I do, however, like the alphabetized Favorites List!

    We have no stationery for mail on Gold like we did in 9.8 version. If we go to AOL for mail on any other browser, we can have stationery and choice of better fonts. Please restore stationery and font choices for e-mail on Gold. We miss so much that AOL 9.8 gave us. Please continue to improve Gold and quickly before most of us switch to another provider. Thanks!

    AOL GOLD is a piece of garbage. It has screwed up EVERYTHING for me. Even my favorites list has been scrambled and it was in a SPECIFIC ORDER for my job. You've ****** THAT UP! I'm paying for this piece of ****?

    The font will not stay, I have to change it every email. It is super annoying. AOL Gold is not user friendly in the least

    Gold is so slow. I cannot go back to New mail from Deleted mail.

    Talked to AOL tech. Couldn't help with font or single spacing.
