Now you must Copy Paste into manual Spam Controls the long way around to accomplish this simple task. Why go backwards on this AOL Gold Version and make things harder for the AOL Subscriber?

The AOL GOLD, "Block Unwanted Mail" function does not work. We continue to receive both Spam and regular junk Email from those listed in the "Block Mail from addresses I specify" list in Mail controls. Can you please fix this?
AOL should also allow any Email address selected or highlighted to be added to the "Blocked Email" list in the "Mail" menu at the top of screen, simplifying a valuable function. This is yet another weakness in the AOL Gold program.
AOL has also removed a bunch of other valuable functions that make AOL GOLD very inefficient and cumbersome, then loaded it with Junk functions and then removed valuable features. Are they nuts? They also removed the "Internet Info" function from AOL Email which allowed you to trace the path of incoming Email, another valuable feature-function lost by removal and ineptitude. What colossal idiots.

I get over 100 fake spam emails in my spam file every day! If AOL can send them to spam file, why can't they prevent them in the first place? They are very annoying and some of them are just disgusting and crude. Thank you

I dislike gold so much, use to be able to see the whole e-mail address of person sending the e-mail by putting cursor over the address now it does not work, and cannot see the whole address to determine if a valid e-mail

add spam mail to the block list!! I am bombarded by the same two companies who change just a little thing in their e-mail address and I get like 40 to 100 a day from these people. There is no way I can add them to the block list because it'd take me forever to add them one by one. It'd be wonderful if there was a way to click on each of them and send them automatically to the block list! It'd be a miracle because they bombard me every single day. Ezine is one of them and I can't remember the other name, but I've tried adding their names with a *.* so it'd block all of them but that doesn't work. HELP!
