AOL technical assistance
If AOL is going to outsource their tech representatives and not hire American workers, at least teach them to speak clearly understandable American english.

Something must be done about AOL ASSIST --I've been paying $19.99 a month and cannot even get them on the phone. For over a week I get "we are experiencing technical difficulties" and then disconnect. All since AOL Gold. Emails to AOL are returned "undeliverable". Time for some changes.
