I need to arrange my folders in alphabet order and it will not allow it

please help me arrange them

    Or arranged in numerical order, for that matter! Point being, email folders Saved On My PC should be FULLY customizable; no different than as for files on Windows Explorer.

    I want the contacts in my groups to be arranged in a personal, customized order that has meaning to ME - in other words, I have always put family first, then close friends, then others. Now, there is an order that would make no sense at all within my groups.
