"Window" menu selection should show all the windows in AOL.
On the AOL desktop there can be multiple windows open. We can have the Welcome screen, the AOL mail list, maybe some open emails, maybe the address list screen, etc. It is very difficult to select a screen if it is behind another screen. The "Window" button across the top of the main desktop window should allow us to select any of the open screens. These should show as a list in the drop down menu.

Thank you for your feedback. You can switch between Cascade and Tile to see which one of these views suit you better. For that please go to the Window tab.

Before when you'd click the Windows tab your email you were composing would show, so if you had more than one email you were working on you could switch back and forth with them, now all thats there is the resize windows option and remember size and position. That was one of the most helpful things when multi tasking in aol. Please see if its possible to restore this feature.

When one had multiple windows open inside the Aol software, you could click on WINDOW at the top and see a list of all windows so you could easily go to one. This is no longer and frustrating.

In Desktop 9.8, there was a pulldown list of open Windows. "New, improved" Gold still does not have this. So we have to drag windows around to find the desired "hidden" one. Cascade and Tile are not a terrific alternative; at least they let you find a window, but then they are all now RESIZED from what they were!
