Cannot Get E-mails
I need to know how to get these e-mails (PClark@ccmetro.org and CGriffith@ccmm.org) to be in my inbox and not go to SPAM. I've even gone to the SPAM folder and clicked "this is not SPAM." They are both in my address book at least twice. Help!
Emails will be tagged as a spam depending on the behavior it was sent or on the spam controls of the recipient. If there are links, images or phrases that AOL Mail service deemed as a spam based on the complaints of other members, it will automatically go to spam folder. If the mail was sent as a mass mail, it will automatically go to spam folder as well.
By marking messages as Spam or Not Spam you are customizing your personal Spam filter to learn what is spam and what is not.
AOL spam controls filter email for possible spam, even before the mail reaches your Inbox or Spam Folder.
Also, please make sure that these senders are added to your address book.

Its just amazing that for the past 20 years I've been getting email from a friend who aol in all its wondrous glory has now decided is spam. Every day when I go to my mail there is my spam folder showing multiple emails, all are from the same person. I have clicked on THIS IS NOT SPAM, but it isn't making any difference. Who is running this circus? It seems the monkeys are making decisions and there isn't any one with a brain running the show. Fix this issue, I'm not the only one who has expressed this problem is recurring. FIX IT. ****. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

I cannot get the emails when I change username email. I get all the messages from the one I just changed from and tried to read my new emails on the username I changed to please help
