Where's Gold in Chat for Customer Support - they said they don't do Gold! Time wasted!
I tried my usual, enjoyable chat to get questions answered, and the response was that they don't support Gold! If they don't, what are they supporting?

I have a paid subscription, yet I am not able to get live chat support. I've just wasted 30 minutes trying to find it when it was there before. I only have options for phone calls or social media support. What do i have to do to chat with a live person online? It's the only reason I'm still paying for this. Please advise ASAP!!!

I entered a chat about a technical problem. Jennefer responded and then canceled the chat. I created a new chat, waited a minute or more, and then received a message "chat is canceled because no representative is available". Rediculous! What am I paying for?

No.1.They don't speak fluent English. Very difficult understand their question. When they asked security questions, I have asked three times to know what they are asking. No.2. They would tell you the problem is beyond their level and transfer to a higher level technician. No.3. They higher level technician told you that their engineer is fixing the problem now. Just wait for couple hours to restart again. No.4. After couple hours, they said the problem is still existing and don't call them any more. To save a job in USA please don't switch such important technical support to a non English Speaking overseas country. Otherwise, Mr. Trump will force you to bring back such business to USA.
