BRING BACK MY FOLDERS
My folders from the old AOL desktop are missing in AOL Desktop Gold. Please bring them back because they contain important information.

Please follow the steps from the help article below in order to import the saved emails, from an older version of AOL Desktop, into the AOL Desktop Gold.

I really HATE AOL GOLD!!!!! Give us back the your LOUSY version of 9.8 at least we could work with it. Where are my files that were saved to my PC. Where is my Incoming Saved Mail from 9.8 to Gold desktop? How can I restore it? It is critical for me.

In AOL 9.8 I set up folders to copy emails covering the some subject or consulting contract from the "old" emails.
When AOL Gold replaced the 9.8 all my folders were gone.I started to set up new folders again but this time I "moved to" new folders instead of copying them from the "old" email list. Now all the emails that were in that folder are gone and can't be found. Some dating back to before 2008.
I checked the AOL website and they are not there either. Some of these emails are invaluable and now I have lost them forever.
A real pain and tragedy for me!!!
