provide customer support in the good old USA and not India. you cannot understand the person on the phone and they are not help whatsoever. I bought a new computer and was not able to get the info I needed. the party kept asking for my subscription and I kept giving her the info to which the account is billed. I had no idea what she wanted. I hung up in exasperation and am considering closing my account if I cannot speak with someone I can understand!! What is wrong with sourcing customer assistance locally other than the fact that it saves AOL a lot of $$$$$$$
