his name was kim lawrence he was rude and should not be allowed to speak to anyone when i called back HARVEY WAS JUST AS HELPFUL AND NICE AND FIXED MY PROBLEM IN 5MIN

There are some EXTREMELY RUDE & Unknowable, very depressed Tech Support who do not want to bother & just Disconnect with us. What has happened to AOL? We don't take time off to call if we don't have Problem. Why these little guys treat us so bad & we still end up with trouble?
