Try refreshing the mailbox. Click on the Mail option on the top of the desktop screen and select Refresh Mailbox from the drop-down menu.

First you delete the fun backgrounds and graphics we could include with the emails. Now it won't open easily. I have to click to open it several times. Then you tell me you have trouble accessing emails and I have to wait 5 minutes - are you kidding????
