I really hate it when I laboriously fill out a full page of information (which you already have) and then it tells me to try again later. That really sucks.

fix it. I have been a paying AOL Member for over 25 years and now can not pay with credit card. and now it tells me to sign in, which I have already done 3 or more times in the last 30 minutes.

It would be nice if I could get help with a problem I have that is your problem and I have to pay to get help. I can not get to my transactions on my capital one credit card. I says that you have a problem and are working on it, however it has been the same for over 2 months. I can get it if I use internet explorer, but not under aol. I have use aol for at least 20 years, but I can't get anyone to help me.

get your system to maintain updated info. I'm tired of needing to update my credit card every month.
