I haven't been able to use AOL gold for five days. Instead of the welcome page, or the financial portfolio, I get, "an error occurred while processing this directive." Then I am unable to click out of the page. I have to turn my computer off to get the crippled pages off my screen. I've spoken to the "techs" in foreign countries, I spent two hours with one. Will you please fix this?
