Obviously paying means zero! AOL should GO BACK TO FREE, they had a better version when it was free with no more ads than this paid lousy version offers!!!

Please block an offensive pop-up ad. I am 100% CERTAIN AOL has the technology to block this ad from popping up, but since it's connected to revenue, they will not block it.

I hope the **** you're making a heck of a lot of money off those big ads that show up on the main screen top. I begin to read something and all of a sudden the text begins to shift for the ad. Either put the thing there and leave it or don't put it there. AOL has really gone to the dogs lately. I used to think it was super, but my mind has chanaged. If it weren't for the way email is handled, I'd be gone in a heartbeat. That day is slowly coming. I don't know it is AOL alone, or if it is your new partners. It is looking like you folks could ***** up a two car funeral.

There is a pop-up ad I find offensive. After 45-minutes online (and then on the phone), I was told that AOL cannot stop this ad from popping up. In today's highly e-technical world, I find it impossible to believe AOL cannot block this ad.

What the **** is going on????? Ads Ads Ads. That is all I am now seeing.
The screen is getting smaller, And ads are filling the screen. I keep clicking on Google, STOP THE ADS.
This is really getting to the point, where I believe the subscribers to AOL, REALLY should start looking to DUMP AOL. Since they switched to AOL GOLD , from 9.8.2 AOL, NOTHING IS BETTER. NOTHING.
No matter how many complaints AOL gets, about AOL GOLD, NOTHING HAS GOTTEN BETTER OR REVERSED TO 9.8.2, it just gets WORSE. And it is impossible to contact Tim Armstrong, AOL's CEO. -

It's really frustrating to click on a headline, such as the one today "Willie Nelson's Wife is Beautiful" only to have to go through heaven knows how many different articles to FINALLY get to the one I wanted to know about. News for you - I don't read them, I just keep clicking and clicking and clicking and sometimes it's so bad (like today) that I just give up. I never did get to the Willie Nelson article.

my idea is to cut back on the overflow of ads covering the content and give us a way to delete them I may switch to another home page like sucky AT&T.

I would have hoped the full monthly subscription and substantial charge would eliminate some of the ads from sites I visited flashing constantly. It's distracting and annoying.

STOP FLASHING ADS ON AOL DESKTOP GOLD - NOT RIGHT TO DO TO LONG TIME PAYING CUSTOMERS - BRING BACK EMAIL PREVIEW SCREEN ------I have AOL desktop gold. There are flashing ads to the right of my email inbox. These are very annoying flashing ads for a very long time paying customer since 1999. There used to be an email preview screen there now there's flashing ads. Please advise how to get back the preview screen and stop the flashing ads. Thank you.

Weather it be news or just one of the many articles on the slide show, why can't you click on it and enjoy that story or picture??? I don't want to go through every picture on the subject before the one advertised. I don't want to read one line at a time and click next. Can't this be an enjoyable experience????? I know ads pay the bills but they are all over the page can't the article be free from the intrusion????

I pay hundreds of dollars a year for AOL. Why I am seeing these stupid ads that slow things down? I boycott any company that has ads pop up in my AOL.
