I have been a faithful paying member since the 90's. Now The monthly charges have gone up to almost 30 dollars per month. Don't you think you could filter the bloody advertisements out for us paying customers? Please consider this.

allow paid AOL users to read news articles on welcome screen without annoying ads covering up or running in the background. Makes me want to delete AOL altogether! I'm paying for what???

AOL's pop up blocker is the pits! Does not work! Still get too many ads and unwanted pop ups! AOL is becoming a dinosaur! MUST consider another provider. Too bad; AOL was once an A++ premier SERVICE provider; NOW an F grade. The ONLY positives left for AOL ARE the Lifelock and encripting.

You promise fixes and additions that never take place. You don't even reply to or acknowledge our concerns. The fixes you have made listed on the Beta page have not helped even one of my problems. And... every time you do one of the fixes something else goes wrong over here.

The News should be re-named The News for ads because that's all you see when you go there. You can't even read the stories. This is ridiculous. We are paying for a service that isn't being delivered. Lets see how much the advertisers will pay you after we all leave AOL and you have very little readership for the news.
As of now I use other resources for the news, the browser, for searches on the web, and for the weather because these things don't work on AOL. i WILL ALSO LOOK INTO GmAIL BECAUSE YOUR MAIL IS NOT WORKING AND HAS MANY BUGS. So what am I paying for? I am still here beAcuse I've had AOL since the 90;s and have been trying to hang on for your fixes. BUT THERE ARE NO FIXES AND THINGS JUST KEEPING WORSE.
i WON'T BE HERE MUCH LONGER.

Surely you have more to offer the world than deceitful click-bait. Find a mirror, take a moment, then tell yourself you can do better, because I believe you can. There's nothing people are telling you in feedback that you don't already know, so it's time to make the change and have that Jerry McGuire moment. This is a bad product built on a bad business plan of excessive advertising and click bait. Nothing to be proud of here, but nothing that can't be fixed. You've read enough feedback, you know what to do. Are you going to?

This is distressing and aggravating and causes extra work and inconvenience every time I try to read an email. The emails take up 3/4 of the screen. Because of the ads I can not read an email with scrolling to see the right hand side of the mail. Then I have to scroll back to see the left side. So all i am doing with each mail is scrolling back and forth. This is taking up too much time. Many have asked for this but it has not been done. I have to look into Gmail as all of my friends have already done.

You continue to charge me for a service that is not working. I have uninstalled and installed the Desktop Gold three times and it is still not working. The ads are in the way of the stories and the videos will not work. They keep switching to the same ads over and over again. I do not want anymore ads on my aol desktop. I pay for the service of AOL I should be spared all the ******** of the advertisements. I can look up what I want when I want it. If you value your paying customers you have to take care of these issues now or you will lose me after over 25 yrs of being with aol. I was told by your chat technicians that you take feedback seriously and that if a customer identifies a specific issue you will contact the customer and resolve the problem. That has not happened and I have listed at least three feed-backs indicating that there are nothing but problems with the site. Is aol so big that they do not bother with their customer service complaints by feedback? because they sure do not resolve it with the chat technicians the have minimal ability to resolve these issues and they say we have to contact the desktop gold team. How long will this take?

I know this has been mentioned before, and you will probable mark this as duplicate -- but I hope someone reads it! The advertising -- as annoying as it is -- used to be on the bottom of the email screen. Now it's on the side, which means having to widen the email box. PLEASE move it back to the bottom -- or better yet, get rid of it completely!

Go back to your old service. Your ad placement is cutting into story lines until you give up clicking "Next". It makes the viewer stop reading and annoys so much the ads are being ignored. . All the pages are confusing and interrupt mail and real articles. You ask me for a password when it says it is saved. The mail boxes are continually out of sync with old, read, new, etc. I can not tell if my mail addresses have added notices without opening them. Every mechanism you have implemented is user unfriendly. People make fun of my using AOL... I have stood by the service for over 20 years...it may be the end of this consumer's loyalty.
