your ads are so invasive, it takes 4ever to read a story!
i'll never click on another!
facebook makes billions with non-invasive/non-annoying ads, please try that -

Here is my idea. NO MORE advertising on the Welcome news story line up. Don't we have to put up with enough advertising but it does not belong in that area. You are being paid handsomely by the advertisers, and we have to pay you to read the multiples of the same old, same old.

The amount of ads is horrible. I no longer go to the AOL news. And the stories are as old as the hills... not to mention the heartwrenching animal abuse stories and pictures. I get my news elsewhere.
In general I've been using less and less of the AOL features because they don't work. Especially the browser. Don't know how much longer I'll stay here and pay for aggravation instead of what I should be getting.

Cannot see stories for ads that continue and you cannot go to next page of story until many ads have loaded-- especially true if story
SIMPLE--- your pop up ads prevent being able to view story-- either take to long to see them - or the slides fail to continue as they malfunction!! I do not pay your feel to see continuing unwanted ads!!! -

every time I'm going to access mail there are adds that showing on the right side. I'm 87 years old and that thing confused me a lot. My experience will be much better if those ads will be remove.

Get rid of all the ads for AOL members that pay a monthly fee. They are getting out of control you can no longer read any stories without them interfering!!

It gets worse by the day. Now the ads cover what we are trying to read. The pages are covered with ads that are extremely distracting. People have been complaining about this for a long time now yet you do nothing to fix the problem.
Aside from that, AOL is a joke. Nothing works and this also gets worse by the day. Every time you do one of your fixes other things break. And from the testing I've done most of the "fixes" you make do not fix the problems they were intended to fix..

Okay I give up chasing the x to delete the add so I can read the multi page articles. Too much to chase away. Stop the crazy adds that keep moving up and down when I try to x them out.

Stop all the adds that block the articles we are trying to concentrate on reading

I'm paying for AOL Shield on my old XP CPU & AOL Gold on my laptop 10 program and I can NOT put up with the adds covering what I read. Fit it or I am cancelling AOL which I have been using since AOL started.
No matter what I do I can't stop the advertising. It's not even worth using if it was free. -

your advertising is so massive and intrusive that AOL has lost all value to us ADIOS!!

I'm paying for the service. No commercials !!!

Stop blocking all the articles with adds. No one will stop and say oh look at these adds. They hurry and close them so they can read the rest of what they were reading.

Everything on the interface is way too large as it is (and yes, I checked my resolution and it is correct)--so having the ads on the side of the mailbox makes the mailbox cover the whole monitor plus it causes us to have to scroll to read the email. This is unforgiveable and quite disgusting. How can you do this to your loyal customers who have been with you for years?? And the many many large ads all over the news pages is disgusting. Because of this, and all the horrible animal abuse stories I get my news elsewhere.
I've already switched to Internet Explorer browser because the AOL browser is the worst. In fact, everything at AOL is bad. What has happened to the old AOL that I've had since the 90's and loved?
