my AOL desktop gold is gone missing again earlier today. This has happened about 12th times now. Tech support have downloaded and reinstalled application. I need help to avoid this from happening again. Please refer to case number - 04860403.

Issue was raised before regarding the icon of AOL desktop gold keep added on my desktop screen every time I open my computer. I have 8 shortcut icon and 1 main aol gold icon. I already called tech support and the senior tech support advise me to send a feedback for the engineers to know the situation I have. Please check this error for me not to get additional icon on my computer screen.

The AOL Gold icon has disappeared numerous times on my desktop computer in the past several months. My attempts to reinstall the program have not been successful I contact support personnel online and they have been helpful. However, today, I found it difficult to access (locate) online support.

When you send out updates, I usually loose the shortcut on my desktop
