    When I try to delete a duplicate on Contact List, it does not delete. Popup says "Are you sure" and I say "Yes" and address goes away and then comes back immediately.
    Also cannot add an email address to an existing group. I add from contact list and it shows up in right box but when I save, it is not in contact list. aol gold, windows 10

    Email may show deleted and when I leave emails and go to other sites and return the emails I deleted are back.
    There are unreal problems constantly happening with AOL GOLD in so many areas and it has been up running enough that this should not be the case!!!
    I am honestly wondering, as others are, if you have the ability to fix the terrible service that AOL GOLD is constantly creating!!! Simple things that worked perfect for years on old AOL DO NOT WORK NOW AND DO NOT GET FIXED!!!!!

    Cannot delete emails-- click on email to-- hit delete -when I check back it is not deleted from my email list
    This is just stupid that I and others cannot delete old emails!!
