Thought that paying for AOL would give me a better product and, instead, it is horrible.
Really don't have any ideas - just complaints. You're supposed to be the experts so you should have many ideas on how to improve the new AOL Gold. Blows my mind that you would start charging customers a monthly fee and not provide a free service as an option and then make such an inferior product the only choice if one wants to stay with AOL. I really want my old AOL product back which was so far superior to this Gold, Because that isn't possible, I may just have to discontinue my AOL service, which I used since the mid-eighties and paid a monthly fee of $9.99 for many years. All the older were superior to what you've developed for the current software.
Plus, I need to add that I did not get a free 30 days of AOL Gold service. I tried to install it and it would not do so (should have been a clue that things were not going to be good) and when I tried to call for installation help, my call would go into Que and then it would hang up. After several attempts, I gave up and figured I would NOT be charged because it wasn't installed. But your billing process isn't the problem and I was charged. Not the way to win friends and influence people.
