To make sure your Spam Controls are not blocking important emails, please follow the steps below in order to adjust the settings:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold and Sign-on.
2. Click on “Mail” on the top left and select “Block Unwanted Mail” from the drop-down menu to open the Spam Controls.
3. Make sure your Sender Filter is set to “Allow mail from all senders”.
4. Click Save Settings.
