My E-mail is set to Spam, not New! I also have to click multiple times to open mail. This didn't happen with 9.8 or earlier.
Thank you for reaching out to us. To make sure your Spam Controls are not blocking important emails, please follow the steps below in order to adjust the settings:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold and Sign on.
2. Click on “Mail” on the top left and select “Block Unwanted Mail” from the drop-down menu to open the Spam Controls.
3. Make sure your Sender Filter is set to “Allow mail from all senders”.
4. Check the Content Filter, and make sure it is not blocking common words and phrases.
5. Click Save Settings.

Everything goes into my spam account. I continually mark the real emails as no spam but everyday every email is spam in my main account.

Appears most of my Conservative or Trump email is sent directly to Spam
